La Asociación Española de Normalización (UNE) acaba de publicar la Norma UNE 165019:2018. Requisitos para los organismos que realizan la auditoría y la certificación de sistemas de gestión de compliance penal conforme a la Norma UNE 19601. Con este nuevo estándar en el ámbito del compliance, queda establecido y normalizado en España el marco que deben seguir las entidades de certificación para auditar y certificar de forma acreditada los modelos de prevención de delitos implementados por las empresas y otras organizaciones conforme al estándar UNE 19601.

In a unique environment such as Florence, the 38th conference of the international association of lawyers “ABL” was held, organized by the renowned law firm of Milan, Franzosi Dal Negro Setti, in which MG Abogados has participated through its partners, Isabel de Diego Quevedo and Laura Gobernado Guzmán.

The congress was held jointly with Integra, an association of tax advisors, accountants and auditors.

Successful conference attended by speakers from different branches of the most leading businesses, including art, fashion, design, gastronomy and innovation.
